USS launches the Inception Class USV at Ocean Business on Swathe Services stand.
In April at the Ocean Business hands-on ocean technology exhibition and training forum Unmanned Survey Solutions (USS) launched its first Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) for Hydrographic survey operations. Designed and built in-house this small 2.0m long vessel is ideal for inland waters surveying. Carrying a variety of payload options including Single Beam Echo Sounder or Multi Beam Echo Sounder the Inception Mark II offers both manual and autonomous control.
